Whoo Hoo! It was a warm December night in Florida. I was waiting in line with my mom, dad, and sister to get on the best ride ever. The line was so long. My sister kept on asking “ Are we going yet?”. Sadly, every time my answer was “No” but she still asked anyway. Finally, it was our turn.
First, we went into a room where they showed us a video of a man that was in an elevator. All of a sudden, there was a rattle and when the elevator door opened, he was gone! There were just his clothes laying on the floor. Next, we went out of the room and they took us through a staircase. The steps make a creek sound as we walk on them. My little sister got frightened. Next, the person started leading us to an elevator. There were a couple of seats in the elevator. There was also a T.V screen. After that, the girl said “have a dainty ride” in a creepy voice. Then, on the T.V screen it said “ Ha, you fell right into my trap. Notice this elevator? It’s the same one the man got into and disappeared.” “Now here’s how he looks,” said the guy in a frightening voice. Afterward, the door opened and the man was a ghost with blood-red teeth and blue eyes that gave you the feeling he was staring into your soul. It seemed as if the ghost was cursed to wander and haunt people that walk by his path. I could tell that my sister was very frightened since she was only three and I assured her that this was not real and that made her relax a little. Eventually, the door closed and we went up really fast and really high. Then we stopped for a couple of seconds and we could see all of Hollywood Studios. Then, it went down really fast which was something I didn’t expect at all. I felt like I was on cloud nine. I felt so happy and like I was floating. Next, I elevator did some flips that made me pretty dizzy. Then, it finally stopped.
At last, the ride was over. When we got off I asked my dad if I could see a picture of how I looked on that ride since on Disney World rides they take pictures of you while you ride. Then, my dad said “Sure”. Then I went to insert my card in the slot to see the picture. I looked so scared and so did my whole family. Then, we started to laugh at how funny we looked and that was how my first scary ride went.
